Portfolio spreadsheet: renewals, comps, and BIN history

If it is not in the sheet, it did not happen. Your portfolio spreadsheet is the operating system for renewals, comps, and BIN changes.
Minimum columns
- Domain, registrar, acquisition cost, acquisition date, channel (closeout, DropCatch, hand-reg)
- Renewal cost, total renewals paid
- BIN today, BIN history notes with dates
- Last three comps with NameBio links
- Outbound attempts and replies
- Status: hold, list, drop queue
Monthly ritual
First Monday: sort by renewal date next thirty days, kill bottom ten percent by expected value. Quarterly: re-run comps on anything above $2K BIN. One whale comp in DNJournal does not update your sheet automatically.
